Delivery Policy

All stocked items will be usually despached within 24 to 48 hours, items sent in for repair / programming will be processed within 3 working days, *excluding weekends and bank holidays* Special delivery items will be guaranteed next working day by 1pm, recorded and 1st class items can take up to 5 working days.

Our Returns Policy

You can return your purchase to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received the item, with any seals, instructions and shrink-wrap intact and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. *carrage costs cannot be refunded*

Refund, Replacement and Cancellation

All our products* are guaranteed for a period of 12 month against faulty materials and workmanship.
Whilst every possible care is taken by Remote Key Ltd to ensure our products leave in good working order, Remote Key Ltd cannot under any circumstances accept liability for problems or damage caused by their subsequent use.
This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.

Any product under guarantee will be replaced free of charge

Any order cancelled will be charged a 15% admin fee
