Rang Remote Key enquiring about a replacement key for my 2001 P38 Range Rover. After first class faultless advice I Ordered a replacement key and remote fob which was delivered the next day to Northern Ireland. I had an issue with the key due to the age of the vehicle but was sent another blank Foc. Can't praise Remote Key enough for there 5* service and would certainly recommend.

I rarely write reviews but Ian at remote key has been a pleasure to deal with. Knowledgeable, helpful and amazingly fast turn around. My new key has got rid of a key and separate fob and is better than the OEM key as it does not get accidentally activated I'm my pocket. Highly recommended!

As far as product goes, great. Unfortunately, in my experience, the customer service was simply poor, not a single reply at all. For that reason I can not give 5 stars. If you have an immobiliser issue it’s likely these guys can sort it. However not receiving any reply or acknowledgement is not 5 start service. Solid 4 stars.

The immobilizer broke on my Renault Master. Replacement keys are no longer available because the car is too old. I found the 'Remote Key' service online. I provided the Supplementary Key Number and received the Immobiliser Bypass (Pin Entry Plug) a short time later. Installed the plug and the car started. It doesn't get any better. Thank you very much for the help. I can only recommend this solution and the Remote Key Service.

Was troubled and about to ge rid of my car until someone from our Car Group recommended RemoteKeys to me. Got in touch and Ian was really walked me through personally with the process. Sent the module and key for my Clio Mk1 and was sent back to me same day they’ve received it. Did plugged it in and my car started at first try. Couldn’t recommend enough. Very fast turnaround for my R600 fob getting reprogrammed. Posted the ECU on Tuesday, reprogrammed on Wednesday, and then arrived to me on Thursday. Plugged in the Alarm ECU with the fob provided, which all worked straight away. Very reasonable price for service too 👍

Immobiliser problem on my Defender Puma put me at risk of being stranded in rural Argyll, where I live. Local garage, L/R specialist in Perth, and auto electrician in Glasgow unable/unwilling to tackle the issue. Didn’t try main dealer as in my experience they are not interested in 17 year old Defenders with intermittent faults.Found Ian's company by chance on searching internet. Fantastic service - promptly dealt with the issue, sending out replacement immobiliser ecu and new fobs all pre- programmed. It was simply plug and play. Spoke to Ian on the phone when he gave me all the advice I needed to give me confidence that the issue was solved, although time will tell!Top man, recommend without reservation.

I wanted a second remote fob for my Land Rover Defender,but,even though it's a UK car from new,it is fitted with an import frequency imobilizer. So i've had a real job getting a fob for it. By mere chance,during a Google search Remote Keys website popped up,and yes,they did the correct frequency fob for my Defender. I knew the frequency,as a local company had tried to do me a fob,and failed,because all they do are UK spec fobs. But they did kindly put it onto thier frequency scanner,and told me what i needed. Ian even called me,to make sure that i'd ordered the right one,as the import fobs in the UK,are quite un common. Anyway,as promised,it arrived next day. I followed the very simple instructions,and hey presto! I now have a fully working spare key fob. Brilliant ! I can't recommend this company enough. Great service. Thank you.

I was amazed, and delighted by the product- immobiliser code injector. Worked straight away. It arrived very quickly. And is rather brilliant as I couldn't get a key reprogrammed. The device came in a bag, a padded envelope and then a black plastic envelope - could be more environmentally responsible on the packets, but extremely good aside from this. Fully recommend! Honestly what an experience dealing with these guys! After months of trying to sort the infamous ALM Immobiliser on my Defender Puma this guy sorted it in less than 2 days!Main dealer could not help , numerous Defender Specialist could not help RAC could not help. The issue with these boxes is well known , and not many can help which is just ridiculous but thankfully remote key could. Box plus 2 new keys for a fraction of the cost of what I spent with a well known Land Rover company in London a few years ago!
